If you submit your property information through this site, we collect what you provide: your name, contact details, and details about your property. We use it to evaluate your land and contact you about a possible offer. We do not sell your information.
BT Land Group's internal reporting tools access BT Land Group's own financial records in QuickBooks Online — its own profit and loss, balance sheet, and transaction data. These tools are used only by BT Land Group, only on its own company file, and never access, collect, or store financial data belonging to any other person or business. Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used for internal financial reporting and analysis only, is not shared with or sold to third parties, and is retained only as long as needed for those internal purposes.
We use standard service providers to run the business — for example website hosting, email, and accounting software (Intuit QuickBooks Online). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
API credentials and tokens for internal tools are stored securely, are not embedded in public code, and access is limited to BT Land Group.
